Will HBO subscribers get access to HBO MAX?

I was curious, but couldn't find an answer by searching. I've noticed other providers offering HBO MAX (the upcoming HBO streaming service) to current subscribers as a free upgrade. Will Cox be doing...

what about users who don't use contour hardware, but use a streaming device will they be able to their cox user name and password to use it?

You would have to get a separate subscription through them at this time and you would have to use a different login specifically for them. We do not have any type of partnership at this time. This is not part of the regular HBO service, this is a new streaming platform from AT&T's WarnerMedia.

    I would think Cox would want to keep HBO customers using HBO with cox system. HBOMax is the same price or cheaper right now if you sign up with HBOMax. HBOMax includes HBO plus all the stuff with HBOMax.
