Why are there no plans to add the ACC Network? You already offer SEC, PAC12, Longhorn Network and The BigTen Network.

I’m a longtime Cox customer but will be looking for alternatives if you are not carrying the ACCN!

Please add the ACC Network.  I will  have to change carriers if Cox does not have it.

When is Cox going to decide if they will have ACC Network? I was previously told by Cox they would make a decision by 15 August. I like Cox and have been a loyal subscriber since they purchased Media General.  I don't want to have to switch to FIOS which already has ACCN.  Unfortunately I can't wait much longer; I don't want to miss games.

If Cox does not carry acc sports network, we will go to Fios.  Completely stupid that cox will not carry the channel. I have been with cox since the beginning.  Not carrying acc is enough incentive to leave cox.

I hope Cox cable in Gainesville adds the ACC network - otherwise, I will have to change to Direct TV and also switch my internet and home phone to AT&T

Mary, what was the answer to the request submitted to add ACCN to Gainesville Cox Cable?

Tick tock. The date is getting near and no news from Cox. You will lose thousands of subscribers. Including me. Hulu and/or Fios here I come if Cox doesn't have this formalized by Aug 15

I have been with Cox for DECADES.  I too will seriously consider changing carriers if Cox does not include ACCN!  I pay A LOT of money to have digital cable!  And it looks like you guys will lose a bunch of people if you don't include it this fall!

    1. I have been a Cox customer since 1998. I have always been dissatisfied that Cox Communications offers sweet deals for new customers while sticking it to long-term customers. Now Cox is dragging its feet on adding the ESPN ACC Network. I have looked at the Cox Communications network states and figured out that there are 10 ACC teams in your footprint and 3 SEC teams, yet you carry the ESPN SEC Network (2 channels). I GUARANTEE that I will drop Cox Communications in 6 days if I do not have a guarantee of getting the ACC network by it's start date of 08/22/19. Also, I predict that you will lose a LOT more customers besides me. Tick, tick, tick...

I couldn't agree more.  As a 20+ year customer, I've paid the premium to have ESPN, just to watch ACC sports.  As a long time client whose also paid a premium over new clients, I've been holding out in hopes that Cox would finally do something right.  If Cox fails to carry the ACCN, this will be the proverbial straw that breaks the camels back.  I can get the same internet, and even more TV channels with Verizon, and as a new customer, my monthly bill will be half.  Lets see how Cox responds to customer loyalty.  (Hopefully not with another canned message "I have submitted a channel request on your behalf")

Same here. Though I will likely try Hulu first and save even more. Hulu has ACCN.  Cox has about one week to get it straight
