As previously mentioned, due to technical issues the scheduled free previews are not available. Once the issue is resolved, the following Networks will be accessible for full free previews depending on the video equipment.
• ROVI, Contour, and Contour 2
o Epix
o Starz
• Contour and Contour 2
o Stingray Karaoke
• Contour 2
o Hallmark Movies Now
o History Vault
o Lifetime Movie Club
o Gaiam TV Fit & Yoga
o Outside TV Features

So, it's been a month since the Freeview disaster. Is Cox ever going to fix the problem and re-schedule the Freeview? Or are you just going to ignore your customer base and pretend it never happened ?
- Hi Robigus, Epix and Starz were supposed to be available from 5/2/19 to 5/8/19 for all customers, regardless of video platform (Rovi, Contour 1, or Contour 2). Stingray Karaoke was supposed to be available for Contour 1 and 2 receivers. A technical issue prevented Rovi and Contour 1 receivers from accessing the free preview content. I apologize that I don’t have further details about the technical issue. The subscription video On DEMAND content (Up Faith & Family, Hallmark Movies Now, CuriosityStream, History Vault, DogTV, Lifetime Movie Club, Outside TV, and Gaiam TV Fit & Yoga) was only available to customers on the Contour 2 platform. This content was impacted by the technical issue only for the first 2 days of the Freeview. Because broadcast rights govern network copyrighted content, content owners dictate when Cox (and other service providers) can offer Free Previews of linear channels or On Demand content. The next free preview weekend/Freeview has not yet been announced. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
