Where can I get a cablecard and Tuning Adapter setup kit?

Recently got an additional TIVO, and called the local store in Macon,Georgia on 27 and 28 Aug to ask about getting a Cablecard and Tuning Adapter setup kit. Left a message both times, as the instruct...

    They problem is the store won't answer or return call, and the last time I went there they insisted they did not have any cablecards or tuning adapter kits. Took a FCC complain and visit from Supervisory Cox Technician to get it all working. Is there a way to have the equipment sent to me, given the current environment we are in?
