Watching "Netflix & Paramount +

I recently noticed that I can not access my Netflix or Paramount + because I do not use Cox Comm. for my internet. I can't understand how they can "block" my access to these on my "Own TV".

Does anyone else have this issue?

    Are you getting an error message stating something similar to “you have to be a cox internet subscriber to enjoy this app/feature?”

    I don't think Cox is blocking access to these apps, as you aren't using Cox internet. You would actually need to contact your internet provider for assistance in this issue.
