Signa Loss

I keep losing signal. A box appears on the right side of the screen saying something about 'reloading, [pase wait'. This happens numerous times per hour. What's going on with connectivity in Bellevue NE??

    I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We currently have scheduled system maintenance for Internet Modems from 12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

      So then after 9 am today everything should be good again??
