Setting DVR recording from remote location

I was required to update my COX app yesterday and could not find where to set a recording from a remote location.  Used to be so easy.  So I call COX and find out that you did away with that function!!!  Are you crazy?  I can't be the only person who has forgotten to set a recording and was so happy I could do it remotely.  Tell me you are bringing it back SOON.  Otherwise, you really have lost touch with customer needs.  Pathetic.
