Same issue others are having

At first we had voice and view out of sync, then we started losing channels.  They freeze within seconds of clicking on them.  We're down to just a few viewable channels now.

Even worse...  after multiple calls to Cox, they even tried to sell us insurance so we wouldn't have to pay if it was our problem.  IT'S NEVER BEEN OUR PROBLEM.  An appointment was made for a tech to come out between three and five today.  NO SHOW.  No call, no nothing.

Do you have a coaxial splitter on the cable?  If so, can you directly wire the primary feed into the cable box?

Also, remove the wall plate of your primary feed to check for any stowed away splitter(s).
