Remote urc2220r

I have 2 URC2220R remotes that the number pad will not work to change channels and on one of those the up and down will not work either. I have replaced batteries in both

Hi Bjo,

Are you able to turn the TV on and off or access the guide with the remote?

      The guide only shows Program unavailable for every channel
