REGULAR CHANNELS & RECORDINGS FREEZING UP

For the past several weeks now our channels ( different ones) have been freezing up while watch a program. 

Also a lot of our recordings (again different channels) when watching them are also freezing up, and then restarting over or just stopping then going to the delete tab.

    I have the same issue. Cox can't seem to fix it. Ridiculous that the service works 20% of the time but have to pay 100% of the bill.
