It’s Arris AX013ANM. I’m pretty sure it’s the same exact model as the previous one I had.
I don't see that brand and model in the published list of Cox receivers. Did you get them from Cox? Contour could have compatibility issues with that receiver. We need others who've had your issue to post their brand and model receiver and the DVR service they had, to see if there is anything they have in common.

Yes. I received it directly from our Cox store.

The Cox store gave you a receiver (twice) that isn't included on their published list of receivers. Maybe it's OK, maybe not. It could be a brand and model that hasn't been used extensively with Contour and has compatibility issues that you're now finding, Maybe you should go to a different Cox store and ask for a replacement brand and model from Cox's list of receivers that would more likely have been used with Contour enough to know that it's reliable.
