Programming cutting in and out

Today in Las Vegas starting around 2 pm Channel 19 is cutting in and out every minute or so both picture and sound, 

We had this happen a few months back and Cox found an issue on their end and fix it. I think they need to fix it yet again.

Its irradiating to be watching and every minute or two picture and sound goes away for a few seconds.

    Are any reps monitoring this forum? A response would be nice showing you saw there’s a problem.
