Problem with TV Program Guide
Every entry says “Program Unavailable.” We can watch the programs so the TV is getting the signal, it’s just the program guide that’s not functioning. It’s the same for every channel and every time slot. This started a few days ago. It’s the same on all our TV’s. I’ve restarted both the cable modem and the COX Mini-box, but there’s no change. It seems this had happened before to other Cox users but I can't see any fix.
