PRIME VIDEO NOT WORKING

So a few days ago I went to open Prime on cox contour and its giving an error saying my internet is not connected, yet Netflix opens just fine as other apps. The error code is 1060 and when you go to Amazon.com/videohelp that code does not exist. I have reset my equipment, I've tried to find a way to download the app again but can't find a way to do it. 

I'm desperate, I'm using my sister's account from London but most titles are unavailable here in the states bec it's a UK account....Please hel, I'm tired of Netflix
