Poor quality recordings
Recorded material often freezes and/or sound disappears intermitenly,

Same issue here. Sometimes freezing ends with an error message and while the message says to try again later, when I do, it still errors out. What good is Cloud DVR if it is so unreliable?
- Hi Alleymon, does the freezing occur while watching live TV, On Demand, or DVR content? Would you be able to power-cycle the modem first, and then power-cycle the wireless receivers after the modem comes back online?
