I have a customer in RI that is trying to watch Downton Abby and Victoria Masterpiece both on PBS on Contour 2 and the system is asking to buy and won't let customer watch on demand no charge

Thank you for contacting Cox Social Media team. This is a licensing agreement. The content providers (owners) are the ones that determine which movies, shows and specific episodes of a show are available (and duration), as well as pricing guidelines. We follow what has been specified as per the current negotiated contract. Cox also offers many movies and programs On Demand at no additional charge. Thanks
