Hi Mraplx, I apologize that we failed to add the account code for Cox On DEMAND for TiVo when we first set up your account. I have updated your account with the correct code. To load the Cox On DEMAND launchpoint, please manually initiate a connection to the TiVo service. It may take up to 24 hours for the launchpoint to appear. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
