MLB Extra Innings Blackouts

Why would a Seattle-based broadcast vs Oakland be blacked out in the Oklahoma City Market (April 14th game)? I think I saw this same thing vs San Diego earlier in the week. 🤔

    Perhaps a bigger network took the exclusive, such as ESPN or MLBN...or maybe facespace. I read somewhere they're now broadcasting games.
