Missing channels

Any else in the Macon, Ga area having trouble picking up WSB TV from Atlanta? It is part of the basic cable package as the only out of market station and usually comes on when the station is showing their local news. Over the past few days, we have gotten only infomercials. Others in the area are having the same issue. we don't seem to be getting any help.
