Line Maintenance Issues
Yesterday I had a technician visit to review a weak signal. It had been perfect until 3 days ago, when a rainstorm knocked my signal out. Tech told me everything is fine in the house and the signal problem was upstream somewhere. Said he would file a maintenance ticket and there was nothing more for me to do. Of course, I’m unable to get any status update on this ticket. Cox customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
