I would check to make sure the connections on the splitter is tight. The splitter can be found connecting all the coaxial outlets in your house together. If possible, replace the splitter. If that doesn't work, call or email Cox at cox.help@cox.com with your account info requesting a technician. Even if it's a problem in your wider area, that will draw attention to it.
