how do i replace my fisher-price remote to a mini box?
it has stopped working properly. we've changed batteries & that doesn't help. takes forever to turn on/off. lasted longer than i thought it would!

Hi Socal, you can bring your old remote into a Cox Solutions Store and we'll swap it for a new one. If visiting one of our retail locations isn't convenient for you, we can ship you a new remote.
