History Channel +

I currently subscribe and in my channel lineup is the History Channel, however some of my favorite shows have now moved to History Channel + and I don't feel I should have to pay extra for this channel. I realize this is no fault of Cox, as they don't own the channel, but is there a way to make the app available to me?

      Thank you.  I thought it was available as an add on, but at no additional cost.  But, thank you, for the info.
