HBOMax subscription Expired even though I pay for service

I cannot use COX provider to log into HBOMax. I pay for and I cannot do it from Roku or from a browser. I clicked restore purchase on Roku and still does not let me in. When I use browser I choose sing in with provider and choose cox and it just forwards to play.hbomax. and asks for sing in.
