having to renew bundles from muti year
I have had cox for twenty eight years and I think this might be the last. My yearly bundle package expired
last month and my cable internet bill went up about twenty dollars. I'm disabled and on a fixed income.
I called and talked to nice young lady and after the usual 15 min on hold she said that she had lowered it to what it was before.
I thought everything was good but it wasn't. She had only cut the increase by half. I called the cox number
back and was told after they looked up my account that i was wrong and hung up. At this point it seems the they have
cut all the fat and cant lower it but you sure can raise the rates
