Go to a Cox Solution Store and get a replacement remote.
Hi
Typically, with some universal remotes, the home features can't adjust, and it would require the contour remote for the contour features.

I'm curious what you think I meant. I said go to a Cox Solutions Store and get a replacement remote (because the universal remote they currently have doesn't include the functionality they need). Even if OP doesn't say what kind of receiver they have, the store rep will look up the OP's account and know what type of remote they need. The Cox Solutions Store isn't going to replace a universal remote with another universal remote, or with the wrong remote unless they aren't paying attention.

I believe I was speaking on the Harmony(universal)remote issue. As for your reply, it's correct if needed, assuming the contour remote needs to be replaced.

Your comment about the Harmony remote would have made sense if you'd replied to the OP instead of to me. As for whether the Contour remote needs to be replaced, OP didn't mention having one. The Harmony remote we do know they have definitely needs to be replaced. It doesn't include the functionality OP needs that's provided by the Contour remote intended to be used with the receiver the OP has. Thats why OP should go to a Cox Solution Store and get a replacement remote.
