Getting charged for CBS episodes

When watching a CBS episode that I have on DVD, I am asked if I want to watch the next episode (I assume it is already on the DVD but if not I get charged $2.99 for an episode which should be free.  How can I stop this.  I don't want just anyone who happens to be watching my television to be able to charge me for an episode.
