Football in Spanish again. This is ridiculous!

Both games, channels 11 and 12. Tried everything SAP on and off. Reboot. Called COX. No solution!

I sent the email, hoping it can be resolved.  Currently the Lakers and Bulls NBA game is on channel 65 and broadcasting in English.  Turning the SAP on and it switches to Spanish.  Makes me more sure the issue is not on my end...

Haven't heard anything from Cox yet, but last night's NFL game on Fox came through in English so perhaps the issue is solved.
