I'm not sure if this may do the trick or even be related, but our video engineers noticed a browser setting that had been causing pixelation on the watch tv website recently. If you turn off "use hardware acceleration" in your browser settings, this has been found to cure issues for some customers when viewing contour through the watch tv website. For Chrome, this can be done by clicking the settings button at the top right (3 vertical dots), then click settings. From the next screen scroll all the way down and click on advanced. Towards the bottom you should be able to find the setting "use hardware acceleration when available" and then disable this. The method will be a bit different for IE & Firefox, which can be found using a Google search if you are not familiar.
