Contour Box Won't Delete Recordings

We recently moved and any recordings made before the move cannot be deleted from the Contour Box. I have tried resetting the box and going in and syncing the box and neither of those has solved the problem. Everything recorded after the move works as it should, its just the recordings from before the move.
