it is currently working, however, it has not only been freezing up, it keeps going "in and out", losing the ability to change channels (and all other functions). It has switched channels on t's own. Earlier when I thought it was fixed, I had NBC on, I ran out to my car to grab something, came back in and the channel was back on ABC (Ch.7), and I could NOT change it back. This has been going on for days (this time around) and it is not the first time it has happened over the last several months. When COX said it is fixed, I have reset my cable box each time, which takes 10-15 minutes for the program to come back on. The web site says that I have reset my cable box too many times so it says I have to contact you all again, however, I am trying to work and do not have hours (which is usually takes) to get this resolved if I call in. I have been a COX customer all over 20 years in Northern Virginia, however, these types of issues have been occurring more and more and often in my area. I am going to look into switching my service to Verizon FIOS (which is now available in my area).
