  • Hello, Lordhelpme. I understand the importance of managing your subscriptions and I'm happy to help. On the Stream Player, please say "apps" into the voice mic. Using the arrow buttons, highlight the service you want to cancel and click "OK". Using the arrow buttons, highlight "Manage my Subscriptions" and press "OK" Using the arrow buttons, highlight "Unsubscribe" then press "OK". Verify the pop-up window displays the confirmation of cancellation and then press "OK" to "Close".  If you need any further assistance with this, please send us an email at Cox.Help@cox.com.       These are the same instructions listed on your troubleshooting site. Unfortunately, they do not apply to the contour stream device. There is no “manage my subscriptions” option. I have spent hours trying to find any way to unsubscribe from apps from the device itself or from your website. As moderators have posted on other discussions, the point of the community forums is to help other customers who may be having a similar problem. I’m going to email, but I am also hoping you will update your troubleshooting pages to apply to your current devices so others will not have to go through what I have just to unsubscribe from an app.
