These are the same instructions listed on your troubleshooting site. Unfortunately, they do not apply to the contour stream device. There is no “manage my subscriptions” option. I have spent hours trying to find any way to unsubscribe from apps from the device itself or from your website. As moderators have posted on other discussions, the point of the community forums is to help other customers who may be having a similar problem. I’m going to email, but I am also hoping you will update your troubleshooting pages to apply to your current devices so others will not have to go through what I have just to unsubscribe from an app.
