Audio and video out of sync
Frequently the audio and video are not in sync. What is causing it and can it be fixed without resetting the box?

In my experience, this is caused by one of two things, only one can you do something about.
1) signal issues: Low signal to your DVR box can cause this. You can do something about this: re-seat all connections, etc.
2) the broadcast itself is out of sync. This is the broadcasters fault and there is nothing you can do about it.
