Am I getting Heroes & Icons channel? I get its listings in the guide in place of Newsy, but the Newsy channel is still there. I like Newsy but would really like Heroes & Icons (and Buzzr and Get TV, for that matter).

    the channels you mentioned except for newsy are sub channels of ABC,NBC,CBS, and FOX affiliates they are not national like Disney or food network

    Not all of our markets currently carry the Heroes & Icons channel. You can check the channel lineup here and see if it is available in your specific area: www.cox.com/.../channel-lineup.html We can put in a channel request for this channel and the others on your behalf if we do not carry them, just send us an email with your service address and a link to this post to cox.help@cox.com
