Acorn TV on Cox - Extra Charges to View Program Episodes

I subscribe to Acorn TV on Cox. I have discovered that on some Acorn TV programs, I am being asked to Buy an episode for $2.99, rather than viewing the episode for free on Acorn TV. Does anyone know ...
