How come my voicemail transcripts never work? The voicemails are working but I never see any of them transcribed in the voicetools. It always says (Your transcript is not available at this time. Please try again later).
Hi, there. I'm so sorry for the issues with the viocetools transcript. If you have not yet re-examined the settings, you might want to try removing and re-adding the destination email address under Voice Tools. Let me know if this helps.
