I had issues with call history a couple of times in the past. Neither issue was what you described however. I contacted cox.help@cox.com and they opened tickets. The first one took a long time to get fixed, but Cox's vendor fixed the second issue in 72 hours. Since your situation is diffferent than the issue described in this thread, you should send Cox an email. But you know the drill.
I don't believe the overall reoccurring issue(s) is account specific. I rarely use it but when I do, I sometimes get what I need and sometimes I don't.

I just tested 120 days call history and it seemed to work. I've never tried to download call history so I can't say about that.

You may or may not have had an issue. As Becky noted, "In most cases..." or she contacted the OPR to take a look at it.

Bruce, I definitely had the issue Becky described. Attempts to access Voice Tools sometimes resulted in repeated failed sign in. (I wasn't able to get to the Voice Tools page). But, for the other times when I was able to get there, call history worked fine. It sounds like you were always able to get to Voice Tools, but it fails when you try to view call history. That's a different issue. If you want to get your call history working again, you'll probably have to contact Cox. They can create a ticket for their vendor to research and correct your call history issue.
BTW, the sometimes issue with signing into Voice Tools appears to be fixed.
