    Hi RHol495, here are some additional instructions for setting up the nomorobo service, http://bit.ly/2H16pXh. Also, please ensure you are using phone number 602-598-5130 for the simultaneous ring. Is the Caller ID time stamp incorrect in the Cox Voice App or on the phone itself? -Kevin M.
