Calls not working

I’ve been trying to call Cox at a few different numbers for three days now and every single time I press a number to reach someone it immediately hangs up. Anyone have this issue too?

    What is the reason you need to call them? Technical? Downgrade/upgrade service? Billing?

    Monday - Friday, 8 am - 9 pm

    Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm
