Call Waiting not working properly

Call waiting is NOT sending a beep/tone when a call comes in while on a call.  The caller gets voice mail prompt to leave a message, I'm never aware there is an incoming call.

Checked on "Phone Tools" in account, Call Waiting is turned "On".

    Try rebooting your modem.  Then cycle Call Waiting Off and back On in "Voice Tools".
