Your account is locked for safety

Email keeps failing.  I reset it over and over.  Anyone else having this problem?  Aside from my family, I know of one other family experiencing the same problem.

  • Hi Jonjon34t. When you reset your password, do you choose a totally different password and not use the same letters or numbers as the previous password? Do you also update the incoming and outgoing server settings with your new password on all devices?
