Why does Cox's internet & VOIP service go down 2-3x per day?
I have heard some insulting excuses for this. There are NO splices in my attic or walls. I wired secure Cat 5 Cat 6 data for defense contractors and I have network analyzers that far exceed the junk Cox technicians use, so screw their technicians! One of their a**hole techs refused to bury a new coax unless we signed up for all the premium TV channels. WTF? That is called extortion! Now that AT&T has fiber to the house, I think it is time to debate leaving Cox after decades of service, as Cox has become antiquated outdated unreliable and pretty much worthless.
