When will node get split? No internet/phone

Internet down and phone down this morning after weeks of packet loss. Tech showed node was at 97%, so I’m sure with everyone home for the holidays it’s completely overloaded. No date on when they would split the node. I can’t work, can’t watch movies, can’t make calls from my home phone.
