do you have amazon alexa/dot/echo? Ring Cameras? Have you checked your WiFi connections to ensure that you are the only person connected and not someone else?
Yes I have Alexa and have had it for 4 years now. Yes I have looked at my WiFi and can see everything connected to it and nothing is new for years now everything is the same as always

try disconnecting your alexa for 2 days and see if the data usage drops dramatically those 2 days.
