I have noticed the welcome threads with methods of contacting the moderators here (including the email cox.help@cox.com) are gone. Is this a mistake/glitch or done on purpose?

Just curious about the way Heather worded something though. She made it seem like some other group besides the Social Media Team had to be escalated to for moderators. Is this true or just a mistake in wording? Just want to know where to go when looking for a mod. Thanks.
I still see it but it's locked.
Why can't I see it? I have tried deleting temp files and cookies and tried a different browser too. Could you include a screenshot?
Do a search for (Welcome). That's how I found it.
