Watch ESPN

I have Cable and internet with COX services, Can anyone tell me why I cant use the app on my phone to watch any of it? It tells me to sign in using my COX credentials, but does not allow me to watch because of certain permissions..... Please note that i do have ESPN and other TV outlets included in my package for cable... I
