Correct. Once we have his information and troubleshoot, we can direct the customer to the complete care team.

CCC is outsourced, isn't it? Anyone know to who?

Used to be a company called plum choice. Trust me, i talked with some of the people at CCC, I would NEVER ever refer someone to them. I had a customer come back to me from them after they told the customer Cox doesn't support POP, it's the "OLD" style of getting mail.

Plumchoice is who Cox Tech Solutions was outsourced to. I thought CCC was different but they must have just renamed it. I remember telling a CB customer to look online for a local computer repair shop because Plumchoice couldn't even bring up the customers account. They wanted the customer to call back in "3-5 hours" and I was like "No, I am not telling the customers that". Then there was the time when a customer wanted help resetting their computer's user password(back when bringing up the admin account was a easy work around) but they couldn't because "it was against their country's laws". Give me a break. I guess their HQ is in Canada?
