Useless outage updates

If you've ever had an outage through Cox and inquired about when service will be restored, you've probably received an ODDLY SPECIFIC estimated time. This is because for any issue, all they do is take the current time and add 4 hours. This has been going on for years and is incredubly frustrating and completely useless. For the $ we pay, we deserve better.

    I get interment outages almost everyday. It can really be frustrating when I’m in the middle of important internet activities.
