Upstream change

When I got home from work I saw that my upstream power level went down.   It was at 48 dbv for a few months.   Today it's in the lower 40s.    I also had some CMTS alerts in my log.  Maybe Cox did something with the CMTS to improve my signals?  Keep up the great work.    I love when they upgrade and maintain their equipment.
